Catalytic carbon is a family of non-impregnated bituminous-based activated carbons specially manufactured to exhibit both adsorptive and enhanced catalytic properties for vapor- and liquid-phase treatment. Catalytic carbon accelerates reaction rates without the use of impregnates for many applications including odor control, chloramine removal, phosphine abatement and others. May also substitute Jacobi brand with same specs.
