Estimated Delivery Time

• FedEx now delivers 7 days a week to 75% of the residential addresses in the U.S.!
• We make every effort to ship within 1 business day.
• Estimated shipping transit times (in business days) are based on our free ground shipping of our water softeners up to and including 64,000 grain systems, filter systems up to 2 cubic foot, and small systems or parts.  A signature is not required
• Larger systems above 64,000 grains, commercial systems or multiple system orders may ship via common carrier truck and may take up to 7 business days transit time. Someone will need to be present when delivery is taken.
• None of the estimated delivery dates are guaranteed delivery dates. A shipment notification email is sent to the email address that you order under within 24 hours of your order being picked up.
• Please do not schedule any installation of your system prior to receiving your complete order and inspecting it.

Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and outside of the contiguous 48 states is not currently available.
