Ordering and Shipping FAQ
Is a signature required or does someone need to be home to accept my order?
All regular orders shipped via UPS are delivered at the UPS driver’s discretion. If no one is home at the time of delivery then it is up to the UPS driver if your order will be left for you or they will leave a delivery tag. All larger common carrier truck orders require a signature and someone to accept the order.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or incomplete order?
All orders must be inspected for damage or missing items at the time of delivery. Failure to do so can delay or even prevent replacement of items. Please see policies for additional information.
How can I track my shipment?
Within 24 hours after your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you know when your order will be delivered.
Are there any additional costs for shipping or tax?
All items listed on our website include shipping and there no additional costs or fees required. If your order is shipped to an Illinois address you will be required to pay 7% Illinois tax
Should I place my order online or call in my order?
We prefer that you place your order online to ensure accuracy and security. If you have any questions you can email us or call our office or if you prefer, you can place your order over the phone. (847) 462-9000
How long will it take to get my water softener once I order?
Our standard free ground shipping rarely exceeds 3 business days. We ship from 4 different locations throughout the country to minimize turnaround time for you the customer. All stock orders placed before 12pm CST almost always ship out the same day. If not they ship the very next business day.
