Our proportional feed system reduces dissolved iron levels that are as high as 15 ppm and hydrogen sulfide levels up to 8 ppm. This system uses water-powered dosing technology to proportionally feed chlorine into the water and uses a static mixing tank to chlorinate your water and then a highly catalytic carbon to filter out excess chlorine and impurities. Catalytic Carbon already performs well at low dissolved oxygen levels. We accelerated the oxidation process by simply adding a chlorine feed to enhance the system capabilities as well as the ability to control bacteria through the system. The system replaces older more complex proportional feed systems that have been used within the water treatment industry. Our feed system uses simple, inexpensive, and readily available household bleach. The final carbon filtration is controlled by our extremely efficient and reliable Genesis control valve with the most advanced features and a simple design for easy programming. The Genesis is a "set it and forget it" system! No need to ever worry about reprogramming or resetting the time. The Genesis system has a unique feature of an internal capacitor that will keep your time set for up to 48 hours in the event of a power outage.
