This form should be filled out for any questions relating to a past order; i.e., setting up your softener (programming, etc.) or product that is not listed on our site.

You may also call (847) 462-9000 and press number 2. Please leave us a message so we know you need support and someone will call you back in the order in which your call was received if you reach our recording, which means we are currently assisting other customers. We strive to help all our valued customers.

The expected turnaround time to receive a reply or call back from our tech/support team is within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-4:30PM CST). During peak support hours, times could exceed 24 hours. Please plan your setup and install/programming to allow us time to get back to you since we are not always able to answer calls immediately.
